I attempted to update SoM to v0.9.8-2 last night and after a small set of hiccups involving map changing and movement sync issues it seemed to be a success, however a more serious problem arose which seemed to freeze the server completely within minutes of being online. This did not happen during beta testing and unfortunately I ran out of time and could not investigate so I rolled it back to the previous verison for now. On the plus side I have a good idea of what may be causing it and will attempt to fix and update it again later.

We still looking at this for patch notes? Glad to hear update is ready minus the hiccups!

-added: Pets will now retaliate if attacked while not following owner.
-fixed: Clients would sometimes send 2 of the same movement packet sending the player's position out of sync with the server.
-added: Pets can now be told to auto attack players/npcs when the owner starts attacking.

Stat reset works fine
I don't plan on making it an "available anytime" feature
I will announce if its enabled for a short time but players shouldn't play expecting to be able to reset at their leisure

The mages who was told there getting reset at update, should of been able to count on you for atleast that..
